PRIME MINISTER’S EXPORT AWARD 2026
BEST SERVICE ENTERPRISE AWARD (DIGITAL CONTENT & SOFTWARE)
Company Overview & History Bit Egg is a rising star of game development in Thailand. Founded in 2015 by a small group of friends, Bit Egg’s goals have always been to make great games and uplift the Thai games industry. While the path was initially challenging and the first game was not an immediate success, the team adjusted their strategy toward external development (outsourcing) to gain experience. Over the years, Bit Egg has grown into one of the leading external development studios in the region, specializing in highly stylized 2D and 3D art and animation. Today, the studio operates with over 80 expert professionals across two offices in Chiang Mai and Bangkok.
Vision, Core Philosophy, and Corporate Management Driven by a belief in Thai talent, Bit Egg aims to drive the local industry to the global stage. The studio focuses on “building communities and nurturing talent” through structured university internships. In 2018, Bit Egg initiated “Thailand Game Jam”, which has become the largest game jam in Thailand’s history, inspiring participants to establish their own indie studios.
Product Excellence & Innovation for Export After focusing on smaller mobile and browser games until the 2020s, Bit Egg transitioned to premium PC development by combining their unique strengths into their flagship title, Lost and Found Co.. The studio excels in production innovations for the global market, including:
- 2D Spine Animation: Expert rigging and multi-layered animation techniques that create fluid, highly dynamic 2D character movements.
- Cel-shaded 3D Anime Style: Utilizing industry-standard software (such as Maya and Blender) to deliver world-class 3D assets and animations, earning the trust of global publishing giants.
