De Smit Food International, “Tasty and Quality” always comes first, we have striven to achieve a dynamic organization becoming both global exporter and world-class manufacturer in the Chili paste and seasoning sauce industry over 20 years.
Since 2000, De Smit Food International ensure with an intention to develop high quality product for our customer. The quality is guaranteed with awards and international standards for food and safety regulations, we obtained quality products, world recognized standards and quality management systems; GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000, Amfori BSCI, Thailand Trust Mark, Thai Select, Rainforest Alliance Certified.
For over two decades, we have been promoting contracts farming systems, provide knowledge and create job by buying pesticides-free chili and supporting farmers to use organic fertilizer, to export chili paste globally for 20 million kgs yearly. Over 5,000 acres of chili farms and 20,000 farmers in the north and northeast of Thailand are maintained through contracts farming and quality control with agricultural technology accredited from the Netherlands. Our chili farm is implementing rainforest system and we proud to present that we are the one certified for Rainforest Alliance; guaranteeing that we will grow chili without damaging the environment, chemical-free, and non-destructive to the health of agriculture and sustainable farming.
Our product; Chili Paste, Sambal Oelek, Garlic Paste are essential raw materials that are used for distributing food worldwide, Fresh chili from the farm into the production process that meets the international standards, quality control and regulations; including chili selection, cleaning, pasteurization, and brewing. We, ensure with an intention to develop high quality product for our customer.
