Sam Phao Tong was born from a strong determination to preserve and pass on the authentic Southern Thai recipes handed down from our ancestors. At the same time, it provides employment for local villagers during the monsoon season, when they are unable to go out to sea, and supports fresh produce sourced directly from local farmers.
What began as a small family initiative with just a few community members has grown into the Sam Phao Tong Local Community Enterprise. Today, Sam Phao Tong has expanded its production base and strengthened its presence in the market under the name Thai Southern Food Industry Co., Ltd.
