Ampol Food Processing Ltd. has initiated and developed the formula of delicious Thai Curry until we succeeded in creating the Ready-to-cook curry soup under brand Roi Thai. Roi Thai’s curry soup is the first Ready- to-cook curry soup contained in the UHT boxes which will maintain the identity of Thai curry – freshness and scent – perfectly just like fresh cooked dish. The cooking method is also extremely easy and comfortable through easy 3 steps; 1. Pour the curry into the pot 2. Add meat and vegetable 3. Stir until cooked! Under the concept “By Roi Thai, Anybody cook deliciously”, we have already gained trust from more than 30 countries around the world. • Upstream: Place importance on suppliers by realizing that suppliers are the part of Ampol Foods’ family who are going to grow up and step along together with us sustainably.
• Mid-stream: Giving priority to the research and development of innovative and environmental-friendly products continuously by cooperate with other organizations – both public and private. In the manufacturing process,
we pay attention to all processes since selecting the raw materials to make sure that every single process must reach its standard and that our suppliers are able to be checked, and also we focus on the selection of domestic raw material. Each of production process is under control by many manufacturing standards to ensure our consumers that all of our products are produced with care for them who are just like our family members.
• Downstream: The Magic Box project was launched on APF’s environment conservation and social responsibility con- cepts by making desks and chairs from used UHT packaging and donate them back to schools nationwide. Under the concept, “Magic Box, Gives to the World, Gives to Thai Children (Opportunities)”, APF has passed the happi- ness in form of 10,000 sets of student desks and chairs distributing to poor schools located in rural areas. Furthermore, we have already built the first educational building for Ban-Sanuan temple school in Sanuan sub- district, Hwui-raj district, Bureeram, in 2010.
In 2012, the company was selected to be an outstanding environmental factory by awarded the “Zero Waste to Landfill Achievement prize” and “3Rs Award” from the Ministry of Industry.
