Founded in 1998, Nithi Foods started as a family business to serve the food industry with best possible quality dehydrated spices & seasoning products. We are one of the first few spice manufacturers in Thailand to be certified in HACCP & keep on improving ourselves to reach Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000.

Nithi Foods was twice awarded the Investment Promotions from Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI): in 2011 to expand operations into seasoning manufacturing & in 2017 to expand Research & Development Service for other companies.

Nithi Foods is positioned as a “Creative Agricultural Company” as the scope of our business expands from spices manufacturing to end-to-end agricultural business. We support sustainable growing of garlic in Northern Thailand, research & develop our own agricultural machineries, export to the world under our own brands – Urban Farm, Pocket Chef & East Kitchen, as well as offer our newly launched “Flavor Research Institute” R&D services in food flavor development.
