About Project
Novatec Healthcare Co., Ltd. is a Thai medical device company,
established in 2001. Our objective is to research and develop innovative
and quality Thai medical devices to be appeared throughout
global market.
In 2003, we had been supported by National Science and
Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) for the development of
the first Thai surgical sutures brand under the name “Connek®”. After a
continuous growth, we have founded new manufacturing site, Novamedic
Co., Ltd. which is ISO13485, GMP certifed, and also received FDA Quality
Awards for 5 consecutive years. Currently, in 2020, Novamedic becomes
the first Halal certifed medical device manufacturer in Thailand. In terms of
innovation, Novatec Healthcare develops many innovative medical devices
which marketed in both local and international markets, and received
many awards such as “BluRibbon”. BluRibbon is an innovative advanced
wound dressing designed for cavity wound, made with Duo-Nano
Technologies combined with Nano Biocellulose and Blue Nano Silver.
It is the only dressing that can change the color which can be used as
a self-indicator when the dressing should be changed. BluRibbon was
awarded both international and local innovation awards such as Gold
Medal Prize, 40th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2012
and National Innovation Award of National Innovation Association (NIA),
and also listed in Thailand’s Innovation List.
Novatec Healthcare expands research and development team, and
also collaborates with other researching organizations and universities.
We continuously develop new innovative medical devices in order to
create Thai medical devices that is accepted globally under the concept
of “Never Stop Improving”.
