In 2010 Prudential Ampri Thai Thailand (PAT) intended to establish its factory to manufacture cleanroom garment for Electronic and Hard Disk industries. Considering the labor shortage in Bangkok and surrounding areas, PAT resolved to establish its manufacturing base in Keungnai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The site has many favorable factors. Local workers can come to work from their home within only a short time. They can look after their houses and paddy field, have enough savings for their families.
During the early period PAT started its production capacity with only 60 persons. We rent a small office for the admin team. The following years PAT was certified ISO9000:2008. We started our export business to the US, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore through agents, focusing on pharmaceutical markets. We cooperated with Vaccine manufacturers; we have learned to develop our products to successfully meet the requirements of world’s leading Vaccine manufacturers.
In 2013, PAT started its business with Pharmaceutical and Further food processing manufacturers. In 2015, PAT started exporting products to China. By the end of 2017, our sale totaled 110 million THB. In 2019 PAT succeeded in entering Indian market. In the same years. From 2020 -2021 we started domestic on-line business to sell premium doctor scrubs to medical personals under the brand “PAT-MED”, as well as to sell GMP garment for small – medium food under the brand “P4F” (PAT for Food). We plan to export PAT-MED and P4F to Malaysia, Singapore, and Ireland markets within 2022. By the end of 2020 PAT had 270 workers with the total income of 172 million THB. Our target is to achieve 300 million THB sale in 2023.
