The Company is committed to maintaining and developing world-class product quality standards for its products. Our quality management and control team carries out each step of production. They start from purchasing to inspecting raw materials and quality control during production until transportation. Canned sweet corn is ready to eat or cooked to your special meal. Our sweet corns are from 100% super sweet corn in northern Thailand and grown using best agricultural practices. After harvest, the corn processes within 24 hours for all products. The corporation embraces principles of supply chain management to increase business competitiveness, leadership within the expansion of sweet corn enterprise, construct marketing and manufacturing networks in global markets, concentrate on long-term and enduring relationships with business partners. The corporation has systematically collaborated with all sectors in supply chain management.
The process is governed from acquisition of raw materials, whereby the Company has entered into a purchase-sale contract for sweet corn under Contract Farming with farmers and brokers to instill confidence for farmers in terms of pricing, manages and oversees throughout the planting process to harvesting to manage risks related to consistency of quantity, quality of sweet corn raw materials, and plans production to comply with the raw materials imported. For our production line, the Company utilizes machineryand new technology to help reduce costs, reduce production waste, and increase productivity according to the delivery plan, including managing waste from the process to be variable, such as husk and corncobs which from the production process will be sold to dairy farmers, and waste water from the production process to be supplied to the biogas production system to produce electricity for use in factories and distribute to the Electricity Authority, preventing an impact to the environment and surrounding communities,including building an economy within the community
